We, at c.HAIR.i.TEE® have been happy to get acquainted with our local ATRS Recycling grading facility in Houston Texas. It is quite admirable to watch the people work so hard to sort through the mass quantities of unwanted clothing and decide what is good and can be reused, what denim fabrics will become insulation in their new life, what gets to become a rag and finally, what gets upcycled to help people all over the world.
Nothing is trash in the textile world. Even the smallest of scrap fabrics can be washed and turned into headbands and hairties, which is where we come in at c.HAIR.i.TEE®. ATRS Recycling is gracious enough to share some of their wealth of donated textiles with us. And the big prize....our profits from what we sell, goes back to charity too!
